Job Summary

As a Supplier Risk Coordinator, you play a key role in the supplier onboarding and third-party risk assessment process as a first-line reviewer. You coordinate the execution of the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) process and ensure that policies and procedures are correctly applied across the organization.

You work closely with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to monitor supplier risks, ensure compliance, and support the organization in making informed decisions. The role supports the EMEA region and focuses strongly on compliance and risk follow-up throughout the supplier lifecycle.

Job Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

Coordinate the supplier onboarding and screening process in line with TPRM policies and procedures. Ensure timely completion of screening processes in collaboration with business stakeholders. Support the execution of supplier risk management processes across the organization.

Product Lifecycle Management

Oversee third-party risk assessments throughout the supplier lifecycle. Monitor and follow up on supplier screenings, renewals and updates. Maintain supplier risk data and ensure accuracy within central systems.

Stakeholder & Team Support

Act as a key point of contact for business users regarding supplier risk and onboarding processes. Support stakeholders in resolving queries related to the TPRM process. Communicate effectively with internal teams such as Procurement, Quality and Legal.

Performance & Process Improvement

Develop and maintain reporting on supplier risk, KPIs and process performance. Identify improvement opportunities and promote best practices across the organization. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the global business services environment.

Compliance & Quality

Perform first-line reviews of due diligence screenings and questionnaires (IDD, SAQ, etc.). Ensure completeness, consistency and compliance with internal standards. Follow up on missing or inconsistent information and prepare cases for escalation where required. Support the organization in strengthening supplier compliance and mitigating risks.

Profile Description

You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Procurement, or a related field. Candidates with relevant experience will also be considered. You have a solid understanding of risk management processes, preferably related to third parties. You are legally entitled to work in Belgium without the need for sponsorship or relocation.

You communicate clearly and confidently with different stakeholders. You work accurately and have a strong sense of responsibility and accountability. You are a proactive and critical thinker who can challenge the status quo. You are fluent in English and Any additional language skills such as Dutch, French or another EU language would be considered a strong asset.
