Our client is a growing logistics company in the textile industry. The company has positioned itself internationally as an important player in the sector and continues to develop rapidly. Functieomschrijving
As a Back-up Team Leader, you act as the right hand of the Team Leader. In their absence, you take full responsibility for the daily operations and ensure that warehouse activities run smoothly and efficiently. Together, you maintain high quality standards, productivity, and a positive working environment.
Your responsibilities:
- Support and deputize for the Team Leader in daily operational management
- Coordinate, guide, and motivate team members on the shop floor
- Monitor productivity, quality, and safety performance
- Report progress, results, and any operational issues to management
- Proactively contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives
