Taux journalier (TJM): TJM HT max 681 € (hors éventuels frais de mission, à discuter avec le client)Senior System Engineer – Endpoint Management
Location: Brussels, Belgium
Work arrangement: On-site presence up to 5 days/week
Languages: French (C2) and English (C1)
Mission
We are looking for an experienced System Engineer specialising in endpoint management and infrastructure operations in large-scale IT environments.
The consultant will be responsible for maintaining, developing and optimising the organisation's end-user device infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, smartphones, tablets and industrial devices.
A key focus of the assignment will be supporting and managing large-scale migrations from Microsoft SCCM to Intune, ensuring infrastructure reliability, security and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain large-scale endpoint and back-end infrastructure.

Design, implement and optimise endpoint management solutions using Microsoft SCCM and Intune.

Contribute to large-scale infrastructure upgrades, migrations and deployments.

Manage device configuration, software distribution, patching and deployment processes.

Maintain and optimise Active Directory, Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.

Ensure infrastructure availability, security and operational continuity.

Provide technical expertise and guidance to IT teams and stakeholders.

Develop technical documentation and promote best practices.

Participate in on-call support when required.
Required Profile
-
Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
-
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in large-scale infrastructure and endpoint management environments.

Proven experience managing environments with at least 100,000 endpoints and 1,000+ software applications.

Mandatory experience with large-scale SCCM to Intune migration projects involving at least 100,000 devices.

MCSA, MCSE or MCSD certification.

Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Active Directory, Azure and endpoint security.

Good knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux, Android and iOS environments.

Experience with PowerShell scripting, networking, GPO, LDAP and Microsoft 365.

Fluent Dutch or French (C2) and very good English (C1).
