Build the backbone of our digital future as a Web Infrastructure Architect in our Agile Production Services (APS) tribe. Based in Brussels (HQ), you’ll design, secure, and optimize the high-performance web infrastructure that powers our business, working alongside a diverse, skilled team to push boundaries in scalability, security, and cloud innovation.

YOUR TALENTS AND COMPETENCES
We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes web infrastructure with the skills to back it up.
Core Technical Skills (Must-Have)5+ years in infrastructure architecture, with hands-on experience in:Web Application Hosting: WebSphere, Kubernetes, IIS, TomcatWeb Security: F5 WAF, ISVA, API Gateway, HSM, oAuth2, TLSCloud Environments: IaaS/PaaS (design, migration, optimization)Performance troubleshooting: APM tools, logging, tracing, capacity planningIncident analysis: Root-cause investigation for web infrastructure issuesHow You WorkAnalytical and data-driven: You don’t guess, you measure, analyze, and optimize.Collaborative: You thrive in cross-functional teams (Security, DevOps, Development) and can explain complex tech simply.Proactive and pragmatic: You spot problems before they happen and solve them efficiently.Nice-to-HavesLanguages: Fluent in English (mandatory); French/Dutch is a plus.Education/Certs: Master’s degree (or equivalent experience).
