We wish to appoint a Lead Construction Scheduler on a Date Center project in Mons, Belgium.

Responsibilities
To be successful in this role, you’ll have previous experience of
Ensuring full and robust integration CM schedule phasesLiaise and work with Design and CQV Schedule teamsOn-going review and implementation of CM schedule strategy as determined by CM managementEnsuring on-time delivery of schedule deliverablesPlanning, preparation and facilitation of key schedule workshops and communicationsCompilation and issue of weekly and monthly schedule progress reports & graphicsManagement of progress updating interface with CM team weekly and monthlyOn-going liaison with CM team regarding schedule issuesAttendance and input at CM progress meetingsQualifications
You will have a third level degree in a relevant discipline at a minimum and will ideally have
8 years’ experience in Planning / Scheduling, with at least 3 years’ experience on Bio-Pharmaceutical projects (ideally in a Construction Management Role)Fluent EnglishProficient in the use of Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPointGood communication & people skillsGood time management skillsSelf-starter and decision makerThis is an immediate requirement so if you feel this role is of interest to you (and have the career history outlined above), please contact us without delay
