Could you be the full-time Engineering Team Lead for Onboard Railway Signalling (H/F) in Charleroi we’re looking for ?
Your role :
As a Railway Signalling Installation Engineering Team Manager, you will be responsible for delivering installation engineering activities for Alstom’s urban and mainline mobility projects. Working with internal teams and external stakeholders, you will ensure that installation studies and technical documentation meet project requirements and comply with Alstom’s safety, quality, and engineering standards. We’ll look to you for :
Leading the installation engineering teams assigned to your projects Defining deliverables, resources, priorities, and schedules Managing the review and validation of technical documents and drawings Monitoring progress against Quality, Cost, and Delivery objectives and implementing risk mitigation actions Managing technical interfaces with internal teams, suppliers, partners, and customers, including conducting site surveys when required Driving continuous improvement through root cause analysis, lessons learned, and updates to engineering reference librariesAll about you :

An engineering degree or significant experience in a related technical field Knowledge of railway products, systems, or services Familiarity with mechanical and electrical CAD tools Project management skills, with a focus on Quality, Cost, and Delivery objectives Strong communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills A collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to quality Professional proficiency in English for daily communication with international teams and stakeholders Willingness to travel internationally up to 10%You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us.
