We are looking for an Operational/Support Buyer in the Flemish Brabant region:

Passionate about procurement ?

Process-oriented with knowledge of SAP ?

Fluent in English? Do you also speak Dutch?

Your daily missions:

• Ensure strict and timely follow-up of the purchasing process, including the creation of purchase orders within the required deadlines.
• Support internal stakeholders and suppliers with purchase order-related matters in SAP.
• Create, modify, and adapt purchase orders in SAP across different purchasing groups.
• Create and monitor contracts in SAP, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. xirbnpk
• Monitor and manage functional mailboxes, ensuring requests are handled promptly and efficiently.
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation and collaborate with the Operational Excellence team to implement improvement

Profil:

• At least 3 years of experience in procurement as a buyer
• Fluency in Dutch and English, French is a plus
• Good knowledge of SAP MM and Microsoft applications
• Knowledge of SAP Ariba is an advantage
• Good analytical and organisational skills
• The ability to build good relationships with internal clients
• Being proactive and communicating effectively
• Knowledge of the procurement process is essential
