This is a senior Business/Data Analyst profile leading business analysis activities from ideation through delivery "the role supports the AML initiative, so AML/KYC/compliance familiarity is a plus.
This is a senior Business/Data Analyst profile leading business analysis activities from ideation through delivery: developing business cases, gathering and managing requirements with traceability, analysing existing data flows/user roles/data usage, identifying data quality issues, defining target solutions and use cases with Product Owners/architects/SMEs, supporting product/performance/UAT testing, contributing to data architecture, solution validation, reporting and dashboard creation, and acting as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Requires minimum 4 years of relevant experience. Mandatory
skills:
conceptual modelling techniques/methods, IT testing knowledge, good understanding of data concepts (Big Data, BI, reporting, dashboarding), strong SQL, MS Office proficiency, Agile methodologies (backlog management, sprint planning, MVP mindset), and strong stakeholder/project/requirements management.
Preferred:
SAS Enterprise Guide familiarity and banking/insurance domain knowledge. Languages: Dutch (good) and French (good), English
