SAP Functional Analyst WM

About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced SAP Functional Analyst WM/EWM to join a major organization operating in a critical infrastructure environment.

You will become part of a dynamic ERP team responsible for supporting and optimizing business processes across Logistics, Procurement, Finance, HR, and other corporate functions. The team works closely with internal stakeholders to enhance existing SAP solutions and contribute to new digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

As a SAP Functional Analyst WM/EWM, you will:

• Analyze business requirements and assess solution feasibility.
• Estimate workload, timelines, and implementation costs.
• Define and evaluate different functional and technical solution approaches.
• Assess impacts on existing SAP landscapes and business processes.
• Ensure solution maintainability, performance, and service continuity.
• Configure SAP solutions and contribute to developments when required.
• Prepare and maintain functional and technical documentation.
• Define test strategies, coordinate testing activities, and ensure quality standards.
• Support deployments and post-go-live activities.
• Investigate, follow up, and resolve incidents and problems.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams.

Required Profile

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Master’s degree or equivalent through experience.
• Proven experience as a Functional Analyst.
• Minimum 10 years of experience with SAP WM (Warehouse Management).
• Strong experience with SAP EWM.
• Proven experience with SAP MM and SAP PM.
• Experience in SAP configuration/customizing.
• Solid knowledge of ABAP and debugging.
• Proven experience in Inventory Management and Warehousing processes.
• Experience with data migration projects.
• Experience using a modelling tool.
• Fluent in Dutch or French, with a good working knowledge of the other national language.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Customer-oriented mindset and focus on delivering results.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Stock Room Management (S/4HANA).
• Experience within the energy and utilities sector.
