To shape the future Comp & Ben across EMEA

Would you be excited by a high-impact international role where you can harmonise processes, strengthen governance, drive digitalisation and help shape a more mature Total Rewards approach across multiple countries?

What you will work on

  • review the current Compensation & Benefits landscape across EMEA and identify priorities for improvement.
  • help design a future operating model, clarifying what should be driven centrally and what should remain local.
  • drive the harmonisation of benefits and reward practices where this creates value.
  • improve merit and bonus processes and bring more consistency to reward execution.
  • strengthen reward governance, policies and decision‑making frameworks.
  • help further digitalise and optimise reward processes, including integration in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • lead or contribute to key projects such as the company car policy and other standardisation initiatives.
  • connect reward topics with broader HR priorities such as talent management, succession planning and performance management.

What you bring

  • Around 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards or Reward Governance.
  • Experience in an international or European scope, ideally across multiple countries.
  • Strong expertise in Compensation & Benefits, including areas such as benefits, salary structures, merit and bonus processes, governance or job grading.
  • Experience with harmonisation, process optimisation or change in a complex environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence across functions and countries.
  • A pragmatic, structured and business-oriented mindset with the right balance between operational and conceptual effectiveness.
  • Affinity with HR systems and digitalisation; experience with SAP SuccessFactors or Workday is a strong advantage.

What makes this role attractive

This is an excellent opportunity for a Compensation & Benefits professional who enjoys building, improving and shaping. You will have the chance to:

  • bring structure to a complex international environment.
  • create visible impact across Europe.
  • drive harmonisation, governance and digitalisation.
  • combine strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
  • work on a broad reward agenda with direct business relevance.
  • help shape the future of Compensation & Benefits within EMEA.
