- Develop and execute the company's IT strategy in alignment with business goals and long-term growth plans.
- Lead and manage the IT function, including infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and IT service delivery.
- Oversee the reliability, security, and performance of enterprise technology environments.
- Partner with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to identify technology opportunities and address operational challenges.
- Drive digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Manage IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and successful business outcomes.
- Establish and monitor IT governance, policies, risk management, and compliance frameworks.
- Oversee IT budget planning, vendor management, and resource allocation.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance competitiveness and operational efficiency.
