The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. You will be a lead developer responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills.

As a Developer, you play a key role in shaping high-quality digital solutions from concept to delivery. Your responsibilities include:
- Collaborating directly with business stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and desired outcomes.
- Translating business requirements into clear, structured User Stories , ensuring they are actionable and ready for development.
- Breaking features into development steps , estimating the complexity and effort required for each component with precision.
- Actively participating in Sprint Planning and retrospectives , contributing to continuous improvement and team alignment.
- Designing, developing, and documenting robust software components , applying engineering best practices throughout the lifecycle.
- Reporting progress on a weekly basis , providing transparency and enabling smooth coordination across the team.
- Ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery , consistently meeting commitments and respecting deadlines
