We are looking for an experienced CNC Programmer for a modern manufacturing company specializing in high-precision plastic components. This is a long-term opportunity for professionals who want to build their career in Belgium.

Your Responsibilities
Programming 5-axis CNC milling machines using TopSolid CAM
Creating and optimizing CNC programs
Setting up and launching new products into production
Programming and machining molds and tooling
Performing quality controls and preparing inspection reports
Analyzing and improving machining processes
Working closely with engineering and production departments
Ensuring quality and production standards are met

Who We Are Looking For
Minimum 3 years of experience in a CNC programming role
Experience with 5-axis CNC milling machines
Experience with TopSolid CAM or similar CAM software
Excellent knowledge of Siemens Sinumerik or Heidenhain controls
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Experience with tooling, molds, and precision machining
Strong technical mindset and problem-solving skills
Good command of English (minimum B1 level)
Ability to work independently and accurately
European Union citizenship required
