We are seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer to support a large-scale cloud migration and digital transformation programme involving the integration of multiple business units and cloud environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, building, and optimising Azure infrastructure while ensuring secure, scalable, and resilient cloud services throughout the merger journey.
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy and manage Azure cloud infrastructure across complex enterprise environments.
- Support the migration and consolidation of legacy and existing cloud platforms into a unified Azure estate.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Configure and support Azure networking, connectivity, and security services.
- Collaborate with architects, security teams, and application owners during cloud integration activities.
- Automate operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
Experience
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure services.
- Experience supporting large-scale cloud migrations, mergers, acquisitions, or transformation programmes.
- Azure Virtual Machines, Virtual Networks, Load Balancers, VPN Gateway, ExpressRoute, Azure Storage.
- Azure Entra ID (Azure AD) and Identity & Access Management (IAM).
- Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM.
- Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipeline implementation. xlxgzvr
- Strong understanding of cloud security, governance, and best practices.
