Join KLEEMANN Belgium and become part of a team that provides high-quality after-sales technical support to customers. We are looking for a Field Service Technician who will ensure the proper maintenance, operation, and long-term performance of lift systems while delivering excellent customer service.
Scope of Role:
• Maintenance of lifts
• Provide technical support to customers by phone or e-mail regarding mechanical and electrical issues
• Keep records of each customer's malfunctions
• Follow up on open issues to ensure permanent resolution of customer problems
• Visit customers when required to provide after-sales support
• Work in compliance with legislation and according to business ethics
• Attend and assist the respective notifying body during the inspection process
What We're Looking For:
• Education as Electrician / Elevator Technician
• 1–3 years of experience in the elevator sector
• Good knowledge of English (B2 level)
• Strong sense of responsibility and result orientation
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Good time management skills
