Our client is looking to strengthen its IT team with an IT Governance & License Management Specialist to support the governance and optimization of software and IT services in an international environment, with a growing focus on new technologies and AI governance.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor IT governance processes.
- Follow up requests, approvals, contracts and renewals.
- Ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and optimize costs.
- Contribute to the evolution of governance practices, including emerging topics such as AI.
- Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination.
Technical Skills
- Good understanding of IT governance and license management.
- Interest in emerging technology and AI governance.
- Experience with reporting and documentation tools is an asset.
- Knowledge of IT service management practices is a plus.
Soft Skills
- Structured, proactive and solution-oriented.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Autonomous, hands-on and comfortable working in a complex environment. xlxgzvr
- Fluent in English, with good knowledge of French or Dutch.
