Logistics Manager (Construction) – Belgium
Linum Consult's client is an international technical and engineering construction specialist. They are urgently seeking a Logistics Manager to be involved on a significant data centre construction project in Belgium.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Your key duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Developing, monitoring, and updating the Project Logistics Management Plan
Interfacing with the Operations and Logistics & Asset Management Team to ensure the coordination and implementation of logistics works is in line with the project's deliverables
Supervising the logistics supply subcontractors
Supporting the Construction Supervisors and Subcontractors to resolve any procurement and supply chain issues
Liaising consistently with the Engineering Team to assist in the development of design solutions that promote constructability and logistical requirements
Monitoring and reporting on the performance of the construction supervisors and contractors
PROFILE
Bachelor's degree qualification in Logistics, Construction or similar subject
10 years of post-graduate experience in a Logistics role for complex construction projects, such as data centres, factories, or industrial buildings
Fluency in spoken and written English
Strong interpersonal and team management skills
The right to live and work in the EU
