Test Analyst | Digital Transformation Programme

Are you passionate about software quality and eager to make an impact within a large-scale transformation programme?
We are looking for a Test Analyst to strengthen our development teams working on the modernisation of a critical claims management ecosystem. You will play a key role in ensuring the quality, stability and business value of applications used by customers, brokers and internal stakeholders.

Working in a dynamic environment, you will combine test analysis, test design, execution and coordination , collaborating closely with business analysts, architects, developers and other testers throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Your responsibilities
Analyse business and functional requirements and translate them into effective test strategies and test scenarios.
Design, execute and maintain functional, integration and end-to-end tests.
Validate APIs and system integrations using tools such as Postman and Swagger.
Identify, document and follow up on defects while driving their resolution with the development teams.
Assess risks, define testing priorities and contribute to go/no-go decisions.
Report on testing progress, quality metrics and release readiness.
Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing practices and quality processes.

Your profile
3+ years of experience in software testing, test analysis or QA.
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.
Experience with end-to-end testing in complex application landscapes.
Comfortable interacting with both technical and business stakeholders.
Knowledge of API testing using Postman, Swagger or similar tools.
Experience with test management, defect management and reporting.
Hands-on mindset and willingness to combine strategic thinking with execution.
Knowledge of test automation tools such as Playwright is a plus.
Experience within large transformation programmes is considered an asset.
