Skills, knowledge, experience required:

Sound experience in IT services engineering, planning, operations, maintenance and management;
Demonstrable of experience as a line manager and provide evidence of having the ability of being a motivator and mentor;
Sound experience on the Configuration Management and Change Management processes and tools;
ITIL Expert /Managing Professional;

Desirable:

Duties/role:

Deputizing for higher-grade staff when required;
Performing additional duties and responsibilities as assigned;
Working independently while supporting the delivery and continuous improvement of CIS services;
Managing Deployable CIS infrastructure and ensuring system readiness in line with the SLA;
Managing DCIS Configuration Management and ensuring all assets are maintained in known configuration states;
Managing Change Management plans and updating configuration baselines to meet evolving operational requirements.
