Recruitment Intern – Brussels
Looking for an internship where you can learn by doing?
At Eolis Group, we’re looking for a Recruitment Intern to join our small, ambitious team and get hands-on experience in recruitment.
You’ll get the opportunity to discover what recruitment is really like, from the first search to the first conversation with a candidate.
What you’ll do
- Search for and identify relevant candidates
- Reach out to candidates and help build relationships
- Join candidate interviews and learn how to assess profiles
- Support our recruiters throughout the recruitment process
- Help keep our talent pool and CRM up to date
- Get involved in the day-to-day work of a recruitment consultancy
Who you are
- A student looking for an internship in HR, recruitment, business, communication or a related field
- Curious, proactive and eager to learn
- Comfortable communicating with different types of people
- Not afraid to pick up the phone and reach out to candidates
- Organised and willing to take initiative
- Languages: Dutch or French & English
