Senior Project Manager Compliance, Risk & Resilience
Are you an experienced Project Manager in risk management, asset management, compliance, business continuity, and organizational resilience ? This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-impact transformation program focused on implementing the European Critical Entities Resilience (CER) framework within a major infrastructure environment.
In this strategic role, you will drive the planning, coordination, and execution of initiatives designed to enhance operational resilience, ensure regulatory compliance , and safeguard the continuity of essential services.
Your Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate the end-to-end implementation of the CER (Critical Entities Resilience) program.
Translate regulatory requirements into practical actions, projects, and business processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, IT, Security, Risk, Compliance, and Executive Management.
Drive risk assessments, business continuity planning, and crisis management initiatives.
Monitor project objectives, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and dependencies.
Provide regular reporting and updates to senior leadership on program progress, risks, and compliance status.
Ensure the successful implementation of organizational, technical, and operational resilience measures.
Promote a culture of resilience, risk awareness, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Your Profile
Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, Program Managemen t, Risk Management, Compliance, Business Continuity, Security, or a related field.
Experience leading organization-wide transformation or change initiatives.
Strong understanding of risk management, business continuity, and crisis management practices.
Knowledge of governance, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
Affinity with critical infrastructure, operational environments, and security-related topics.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert risks into actionable solutions.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Fluent in Dutch; English is considered a bonus.
