We are a leading office furniture manufacturer, committed to delivering innovative and sustainable workplace solutions. To strengthen our presence in Belgium and Luxembourg, we are looking for a motivated Key Account Manager who will play a pivotal role in connecting with end customers as well as Design & Build firms.
Your Responsibilities
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, including end customers and Design & Build partners
- Develop and implement account strategies to drive growth and customer satisfaction
- Act as a trusted advisor, identifying client needs and offering tailored workplace solutions
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (design, project management, and sales) to ensure successful project delivery
- Represent the brand at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities in Brussels and Luxembourg
Your Profile
- Proven experience in Key Account Management or B2B sales, ideally in the office furniture, design, or related industry
- Passion for design, innovation, and workplace culture
- Strong network and relationship-building skills with end clients and design & build firms with
- Team player: collaborative mindset, thrives in working with others
- Trilingual: fluent in English, French, and Dutch
- Based in the Brussels metropolitan area (willingness to travel within Brussels and Luxembourg)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills
