Are you an experienced mechanical technician looking to work in a high-tech, future-oriented industrial environment? Join our client's team, one of Europe's most advanced and sustainable glass manufacturing sites, and play a key role in building a brand-new production facility from the ground up.

🚀 Training & Onboarding

Before production startup, you will participate in a comprehensive training program in day shift, allowing you to gain in-depth knowledge of the equipment, maintenance standards, and production processes. Following the training period, you will transition into your permanent work schedule based on your role.

🛠 Your Role

As a Mechanical Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of equipment through preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance
  • Diagnosing and resolving mechanical faults
  • Carrying out assembly, disassembly, overhauls, and modifications of machines and installations
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings, manuals, and work instructions
  • Coordinating maintenance activities requiring production downtime
  • Recording maintenance activities in relevant systems and reports
  • Supporting continuous improvement and efficiency projects
  • Collaborating closely with production and engineering teams
  • Sharing technical knowledge and supporting colleagues' development

Mechanical Utilities Technician

Working within utilities and infrastructure systems, including:

  • HVAC installations
  • Water treatment systems
  • Gas installations
  • Utility and infrastructure projects

Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Working directly on production-related machinery and equipment, ensuring maximum equipment availability and production continuity.

👤 Your Profile

  • Technical diploma with a specialization in Mechanical Engineering or similar
  • Several years of experience in maintenance or technical support, ideally within an industrial environment
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings
  • Proactive problem-solving attitude
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good level of English

Additional Requirements

Mechanical Utilities Technician

  • Basic knowledge of HVAC systems

Mechanical Maintenance Technician

  • Willingness to work in a rotating shift system

⏱ Shift System

  • Mechanical Maintenance Technician: Fixed day shift (Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:00)
  • Mechanical Utilities Technician: Flexible 6-week rotation including day, night, and weekend shifts or flexible day shift (includes 2 12-hour weekend shifts from 08:00 - 20:00)
