We are looking for an experienced Senior SOC Transformation & Security Program Lead to support a large-scale cybersecurity transformation within an international enterprise environment.
The full job description covers all associated skills, previous experience, and any qualifications that applicants are expected to have.
This is not a purely technical SOC or SIEM engineering position. We are looking for someone who combines a strong background in Security Operations and Incident Response with excellent program leadership, stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead and coordinate a major SOC transformation initiative
- Drive the operational adoption of new SIEM and security capabilities
- Coordinate SOC, Incident Response, Threat Intelligence, Detection Engineering and other security teams
- Manage roadmap, priorities, dependencies, risks and delivery
- Improve SOC processes, workflows, SOPs and operational maturity
- Work with internal teams and external technology partners
- Translate complex cybersecurity topics into clear recommendations for senior management
- Ensure new security capabilities deliver measurable operational value
What we are looking for:
- 8+ years of experience across SOC, CSIRT and/or Cyber Incident Response
- Strong experience leading SOC or cybersecurity transformation programs
- Good operational knowledge of Splunk Enterprise Security (ES)
- Experience xlxgzvr with Threat Hunting and detection processes
- Strong program/project management capabilities
- Experience working with cross-functional and international teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and senior executives
- Professional fluency in English
Experience within a large, regulated or complex international environment would be a strong advantage.
