Your daily missions:
- Ensure strict and timely follow-up of the purchasing process, including the creation of purchase orders within the required deadlines.
- Support internal stakeholders and suppliers with purchase order-related matters in SAP and the Ariba Network.
- Create, modify, and adapt purchase orders in SAP across different purchasing groups.
- Create and monitor contracts in SAP, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. xlxgzvr
- Monitor and manage functional mailboxes, ensuring requests are handled promptly and efficiently.
- Identify opportunities for process optimisation and collaborate with the Operational Excellence team to implement improvement
Profil:
- Goede kennis van SAP MM en Microsoft-toepassingen
- Kennis van SAP Ariba is een pluspunt
- Goede analytische en organisatorische vaardigheden
- Het vermogen om een goede relatie op te bouwen met interne klanten
- Proactief zijn en vlot communiceren
- Kennis van het inkoopproces is essentieel
