ACENSI Belgium is looking for a Senior Analyst / Cash Management for one of it's client in the banking sector.

Context :
Cash Management assists Corporate Banking clients with the optimization of their Working Capital, Cash and Treasury Management. Cash Management Belgium, in close cooperation with Cash Management Competence Center, is active in more than 55 countries in Europe, United States and Asia.
Responsability :
Cash Customer Service (CCS) aims to provide direct, international and personal services to a selection of its strategic clients.
- You will have daily contact with these clients in your portfolio
- You will treat, analyse and provide feedback to their operational questions (for both Belgian and foreign accounts) on a wide variety of Cash Management products (payments, reporting, cash pooling, cards and electronic applications)
- You coordinate and handle their post-implementation requests for Cash Management products (Connexis, Swift, Elink, Ebics, Cash Pool)
- You maintain an overview of all ongoing requests (dashboard) and regularly update your client on the progress of their requests via status meetings
- You will have to liaise with several departments in the bank both in Belgium and abroad
- You will be working in an international environment
- You keep your knowledge of the various products and applications up to date, including by participating xlxgzvr in scheduled training sessions
Languages :
English (fluent)
French and Dutch (very good knowledges)
Skills Mandatory :
- Good expertise with MS Office
- Being Client Oriented is a must
- You can analyse and provide solutions to the clients in your portfolio and take proactive actions to solve recurring issues
- You are willing to keep up to date your skills and knowledge of the wide variety of products and tools
