What You'll Do
- Review requirements for completeness, consistency and testability.
- Define and implement test strategies, approaches, scope and planning.
- Estimate testing effort and contribute to overall project planning.
- Design test scenarios and test cases based on business and functional requirements.
- Coordinate test preparation, execution and follow-up across project teams.
- Organise test data and test-environment preparation.
- Monitor testing progress, risks, defects and results, and provide clear reporting to stakeholders.
- Identify suitable tests for inclusion in the regression test portfolio.
- Coordinate regression and non-functional testing, including performance and security-related testing.
- Prepare test cases and scenarios suitable for future automation.
- Work across multiple projects while maintaining a structured, quality-focused approach.
What you bring
- 5+ years of professional experience in software testing, test management or QA leadership.
- Proven experience in regulated environments.
- Strong knowledge of test management principles, methodologies and software testing lifecycle.
- Demonstrated experience defining test strategies and coordinating end-to-end test activities.
- Experience with requirements management, business processes and translating requirements into effective test scenarios.
- Experience with test data and test-environment preparation.
- Good understanding of application landscapes, software development lifecycle models and IT delivery practices.
- Working knowledge of non-functional requirements and application architecture.
- Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Able to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
