Lead a Landmark 19,000 m² Development in Brussels
Ready to take ownership of a project that will leave a lasting mark on Brussels?
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager– Electrical to drive the successful execution of all electrical works for a prestigious 19,000 m² mixed-use development, combining hotel, residential, office and commercial facilities.
This is a unique opportunity to join a technically challenging project, work alongside multidisciplinary engineering teams, and play a key role in transforming design concepts into reality.

📐 19,000 m² construction & renovation project
📅 Approx. 20-month duration
📄 Freelance or temporary employment (with a strong possibility of extension based on future project opportunities)
🚀 Your Impact
As the Electrical Site Supervisor, you will be at the heart of project delivery.
You will:
✅ Lead and coordinate all electrical installation activities on site
✅ Manage subcontractors and on-site teams to ensure smooth execution
✅ Monitor quality, progress, safety, and compliance
✅ Ensure full compliance with Belgian RGIE / AREI standards
✅ Coordinate with HVAC, sanitary, structural, and architectural teams
✅ Support testing, commissioning, inspections, and final handover
✅ Solve technical challenges and keep the project moving forward
👷 What We're Looking For
✔ Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
✔ Proven experience supervising electrical works within building construction or MEP projects
✔ Strong knowledge of Belgian RGIE / AREI regulations
✔ Experience coordinating subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams
✔ Fluent French and English
✔ Dutch is considered a strong asset
✔ Knowledge of Belgian site safety requirements (VCA-VOL is a plus)
