Manage customer enquiries via email or phone in a professional and timely manner Follow-up with your portfolio of customers and offer appropriate recommendations Ensure the publication and the quality of listings within the SLA timeframe Work closely with internal teams to guarantee a smooth customer experience Provide support to jobseekers First experience in a customer service or other direct customer facing role Fluency in English, French, and German.
