We are looking for an AI Engineer to join a growing team focused on developing intelligent solutions that enhance digital manufacturing, medical technology, and industrial innovation. You will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying AI models that solve real-world business and engineering challenges.

Working closely with software engineers, data scientists, and domain experts, you will help bring AI solutions from concept through to production.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy machine learning and deep learning models.
- Build scalable AI solutions using modern cloud technologies.
- Work with structured and unstructured datasets.
- Optimise model performance, accuracy, and reliability.
- Develop GenAI and LLM-based applications where relevant.
- Create data pipelines to support model training and inference.
- Monitor, maintain, and improve production AI systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Contribute to AI best practices and technical standards.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Knowledge of MLOps principles and model deployment.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Understanding of data engineering concepts and ETL pipelines.
- Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models is desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience within manufacturing, healthcare, engineering, or industrial environments.
- Knowledge of computer vision or 3D data processing.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes and containerisation technologies.
- Exposure to AI governance and responsible AI practices.
