We're Hiring: Europe Tax Manager – US GAAP Specialist

Our client, an international leader in its sector, is recruiting an exceptional Europe Tax Manager with strong US GAAP expertise to drive their multinational tax strategy.
The Role:
You'll lead fiscal policy and compliance for operations across Belgium and France. Reporting directly to the Director of International Tax, you'll drive:
- US GAAP (ASC 740) reporting – quarterly & annual financial statements
- Tax optimisation for Belgian and European entities
- Full VAT management and direct taxation
- Transfer pricing & international tax reporting (Form 5471)
- Tax audit management and tax authority relations
Your Profile:
- 5+ years' experience in international corporate taxation (Big 4 or multinational)
- Expert-level US GAAP knowledge (ASC 740) – essential
- Strong corporate tax & VAT expertise
- Transfer pricing experience
- Fluent Dutch & English (French a plus)
- Strategic mindset: you see tax as a value lever
