At Innova Solutions, we're growing our recruitment team and are looking for a French or Dutch-speaking Recruiter with 𝟭 𝘁𝗼 𝟯 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 to help us identify and attract exceptional talent for some of the leading companies across Belgium.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼

As a Recruiter, you'll manage the full candidate journey while partnering with experienced Business Managers and Client Service Managers to deliver outstanding recruitment solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

✅ Proactively sourcing and engaging candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and our internal database.

✅ Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for current and future opportunities.

✅ Conducting phone and video interviews to assess candidates' experience, skills, and career aspirations.

✅ Guiding candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.

✅ Preparing candidates for interviews and supporting them throughout the hiring journey.

✅ Maintaining accurate candidate records and ensuring recruitment processes are compliant.

✅ Collaborating closely with internal teams to successfully deliver on client hiring needs.

✅ Keeping up to date with market trends and developing a strong network of IT and Engineering professionals.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿

🔹 𝟭 𝘁𝗼 𝟯 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Sourcing, HR, or a customer-facing environment.

🔹 Fluency in French or Dutch and English.

🔹 A bachelor's degree is a plus.

🔹 Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

🔹 A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in people.

🔹 Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

🔹 Eager to learn and develop within a growing international business.
