Job Title: Senior Mulesoft analyst

Location: 1000 Brussels, Belgium

Duration: 01/10/2026 - 30/09/2027

Mode of work: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)

Languages: Dutch or French, English

Job Description - Roles and Responsibilities

Client operates an API led integration platform built on the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. To ensure continuity of existing services and to support ongoing and upcoming integration projects, we are looking for an experienced Mulesoft Developer.

Role Description

The Role will focus primarily on new integrations, maintenance, optimisation, and continuous improvement of the existing integration landscape. Responsibilities include:
Ensuring continuity and stability of the current Mulesoft based integration platform.
Maintaining, refactoring, and enhancing existing integration flows in accordance with Client’s API led architecture principles.
Developing new integration solutions
Collaborating with functional teams, integration analysts, and architects to analyse needs and support critical processes.
Providing technical expertise and troubleshooting support in a complex environment with hybrid setup.
Participating in the full lifecycle of existing integrations, including incident resolution, performance improvements, testing, deployment, and documentation.

Skills

Demonstrable experience as a functional analyst-Must Have (Senior – 5 years)
Fluent in either Dutch or French, with a good knowledge of the other (B2)-Must Have
Fluent in English, both written and oral-Must Have
Proven experience in API-led design Rest/Soap-Must Have
Proven experience in at least one integration project-Must Have
Proven experience in Mulesoft integration projects-Must Have (Senior – 5 years)
Demonstrable experience with a modelling tool-Should Have
Experience with testing methodology and techniques (integration and functional)-Should Have
Mulesoft Certified Developer (Level1)-Should Have
Proven experience in the design of integration architectures and solutions-Should Have
Proven experience with API design-Should Have (Intermediate – 3 years)
Proven experience working with the MuleSoft Anypoint platform as a functional analyst or solution architect-Should Have – Yes/No-Should Have
Proven knowledge working with common integration tools like Postman, SoapUI-Should Have
Proven working experience as integration lead or architect-Should Have (Intermediate – 2 years)
Proven experience working with Atlassian stack (Jira/postman)-Nice to Have
