Job Description
Our client is building a new governed Clinical Data Layer(CDL) to modernize the clinical data ecosystem.
A technical implementation partner will deliver theplatform; this contingent will act as a technical counterpart, ensuringarchitectural quality, governance, compliance, scalability, and alignment with ourstandards.
The role is closer to a Technical Lead / Data PlatformArchitect than to a traditional Technical Analyst position.

Requirements
Years of Experience
- Ideally8+ years of relevant experience
- Themanager is open to candidates with fewer years if they demonstrate strongexpertise in similar clinical or data platform implementations
Must Have
- StrongAzure Cloud Architecture expertise
- Deepknowledge of:
- Databricks
- UnityCatalog
- DataIntegration Patterns
- Experiencewith Data Governance
- DataLineage knowledge
- Experiencemanaging technical delivery risks
- Strongunderstanding of enterprise architecture principles
Ideal Candidate
A contingent who has already implemented or architected aClinical Data Platform / Clinical Data Layer within a pharmaceutical company.
The ideal profile would be a:
Clinical Data Platform Architect
with experience combining:
- Governanceand Data Lineage implementation
Nice to Have
- Pharmaceutical/ Clinical Research experience
- CDISCknowledge
- Experiencewithin GxP environments
- ClinicalData governance expertise
The manager considers Clinical Data domainexpertise a strong differentiator, but for this role it is preferred ratherthan an absolute blocking requirement if the technical expertise is exceptional
