Interim Finance Manager

A PE-backed business is seeking an Interim Finance Manager to lead the optimisation and enhancement of its LucaNet environment while improving reporting quality, financial controls, and group consolidation processes.

This is a hands-on role working closely with the CFO and finance leadership team to drive greater efficiency, visibility, and accuracy across the finance function.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and optimise the existing LucaNet setup, reporting structures, and workflows.
• Improve group consolidation, statutory reporting, and month-end close processes.
• Enhance management reporting, KPI dashboards, and financial insight capabilities.
• Support data integrity, chart of accounts harmonisation, and master data governance.
• Drive process improvements across reporting, planning, and consolidation activities.
• Partner with local finance teams to improve reporting quality and consistency.
• Support finance transformation initiatives and future system enhancements.
• Provide documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Strong hands-on LucaNet experience across consolidation, reporting, and optimisation.
• Proven track record delivering finance transformation and reporting improvement projects.
• Experience within PE-backed, multi-entity, or international businesses.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership. xlxgzvr
