Senior Java Developer

The successful candidate will contribute to the development and delivery of high-quality applications, applying modern Java technologies, service-oriented architecture principles, and Agile development practices. Experience with BelRAI is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain enterprise Java applications. Design and implement robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions. Work with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and web services. Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and back-office integrations. Translate functional and technical requirements into effective solutions. Apply development best practices and coding standards. Write unit tests and support test-driven development. Collaborate with developers, architects, testers, and other stakeholders. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement. Ensure high-quality and reliable project deliveries. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues throughout the development lifecycle. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of professional Java development experience. Strong experience with Java and J2EE . Good knowledge of Spring / Spring Boot . Experience with REST APIs and web services. Understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) . Experience with SOAP and Swagger . Experience with Angular 2+ . Knowledge of JSF and JBoss . Experience with PostgreSQL . Knowledge of Docker and Git . Experience with JUnit / Unitils or comparable testing frameworks. Familiarity with TestLink is an advantage. Strong understanding of RESTful API design and back-office integration. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) . Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to apply best practices and deliver high-quality solutions. Nice to Have Previous experience with BelRAI . Experience in the healthcare or social services sector . Strong knowledge of enterprise integration and service-oriented architectures. Experience working on large-scale public-sector projects.
