Responsibilities:
/h3 /brul /brliSupport the monitoring of contractual agreements with involved suppliers. /li /brliEnsure that service management agreements are accurately translated into operational follow-up. /li /brliAssist in the use of standardized service management clauses in new or amended contracts. /li /brliIdentify contractual risks, gaps, or ambiguities impacting service delivery. /li /brliPrepare and support supplier reviews and follow-up moments. /li /brliContribute to a uniform and professionally organized supplier governance. /li /brliSupport alignment between service delivery, governance, and contractual obligations. /li /brliDocument points of attention and recommendations regarding supplier and contract follow-up. /li /br /ul /brh3Technical Knowledge
Requirements:
