This role in summaryAs the Senior HR Manager EMEA based in Belgium, you will serve as a strategic business partner to leaders and employees across the EMEA region.
In this role, you will support the Global HR Leader in deploying the People Excellence Strategy across EMEA and provide guidance to leaders on talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, workforce planning, and employee relations. Working collaboratively with HR Operations and Center of Excellence, you will help deliver people solutions that support both business success and a positive employee experience.
Hybrid working: 4 days in the office, Fridays from home.
Your responsibilities will includeExecute end-to-end HR processes and transactionsFirst point of contact for employees in the regionManage day-to-day data analysis and management, communications, and vendor managementRecruitment support; working with agency partners, participating in interviewsSupport for onboarding programsAction HR policies, strategies and programsPerform HR audits & compliance activities as neededIdentify, share, and drive process improvementsManage car fleet and support other general servicesSupport on the organization of company eventsSupport on Learning & Development initiativesParticipate in employer branding activitiesMinimum requirementsBachelor's degree preferably in Business Administration or Human ResourcesKnowledge of pan-European labor laws and employment practicesMinimum 5 years experience as HR Generalist/HR Business PartnerExperience with works councils is a plusExcellent communication skillsStrong administrative skills, organized, thorough, proactive and reliableFluent in English, FlemishPreferred skills and experiencesHands-on problem solverHigh level of ethics, values and can maintain confidentialityHappy and confident to be an independent self-starterGood knowledge of Google Suite (Sheets, Slides)Knowledge of Success Factors, SDWorx or ADP is a plusWhat
