The role will makethe current future DT Talent platform ecosystem visible, governable (e.g.how they interact, what data they exchange, how the landscape should evolve)and usable.br/ /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Requirements /h3 pbMust have: /b /p ul liHands-on architectural and/or integration experience withSAP SuccessFactors (core platform). /li liStrong knowledge of Phenom. /li liExperience with TechWolf or similar talent intelligence/dataplatforms. /li liExperience designing end-to-end platform ecosystems andmulti-system integrations. /li liStrong understanding of APIs, data architecture, integrationarchitecture and data-flow design. /li liExperience governing complex HR technology ecosystems. /li liAbility to define target-state architecture andtransformation roadmaps. /li liExperience working with Talent Acquisition, TalentManagement, Learning and Employee Experience domains. /li liStrong stakeholder management and vendor management skills. /li liAbility to translate business requirements into technicaland architectural solutions. /li liExperience creating architecture documentation, integrationviews and data-flow visualizations. /li liExcellent command of English. /li /ul pbNice to have: /b /p ul liKnowledge of NeoCase. /li liExperience with Degreed. /li liExposure to Snowflake, Denodo and Power BI environments. /li liExperience with AI agents, automation and AI-enabled usecases. /li liKnowledge of enterprise data lakes and advanced datafoundations. /li liExperience in GxP-regulated environments. /li liKnowledge of French and/or Dutch. /li liExperience supporting vendor evaluations, RFP processes andtesting strategies. /li /ul /p
