Context of the MissionAs part of the reinforcement of our Data teams in Belgium, one of our clients is looking for a Data Engineer to work on large-scale data platforms supporting both B2B and B2C activities.
The mission takes place in a modern, cloud-oriented data environment, with strong business challenges related to the Energy & Utilities sector and large-scale data valorization.
Main ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain robust and scalable data pipelines in a cloud environmentIndustrialize data flows including ingestion, transformation, and exposureDeploy and orchestrate data workflows using Apache AirflowDevelop data processing solutions using Python and SQLWork on an AWS Cloud data stack (storage, processing, managed services)Contribute to data projects using Dataiku (data preparation, industrialization, collaboration with business teams)Ensure data quality, reliability, traceability, and monitoring across the platformTechnical EnvironmentLanguages: Python, SQLCloud: AWSOrchestration: Apache AirflowData Platform: DataikuContext: Enterprise data environments, multi-source data, high data volumesWork ConditionsThe position is based in Brussels (Belgium) and follows a hybrid work model, with 2 days per week on the client site and the remaining days working remotely, fostering collaboration and strong team synergies.
