The team’s size allows you to take ownership of files and develop your ability to manage matters independently. Advise financial sector clients directly and contribute to practical solutions tailored to their needs. Your responsibilitiesAdvise clients active in the banking and financial sector on a variety of legal matters. Assist with matters relating to banking regulation, financial transactions, compliance and litigation. Draft legal and contractual documentation. Review and analyse financial agreements. Monitor developments in banking legislation and regulation. Support clients during negotiations and judicial proceedings. Ideal profileMaster’s degree in Law from a Belgian university, preferably with distinction. Ideally 3–4 years of relevant experience in Banking & Finance, although candidates with slightly less experience are also considered. Fluent in Dutch and very good command of French and English. The offerWork within a smaller team where you can take ownership of files and develop your ability to manage matters independently. Communicate directly with clients and contribute to solutions that bring tangible added value. Develop your knowledge across banking regulation, financial transactions, compliance and litigation. Take part in shaping the future of the Brussels Banking & Finance practice. Work alongside clients and colleagues to develop constructive solutions to complex legal issues.
