Freudenberg Group in Belgium (Dottenijs) is seeking an HR Manager Belgium (f/m/d) to lead local HR topics in a production environment. You will advise managers, handle employee relations, payroll administration and ensure compliance with Belgian labour laws.
Fluent French and English are required, Dutch is a plus. You will collaborate with unions and works councils, using MS 365 tools and Power BI to manage HR data in a manufacturing setting.
