As a Business Manager Junior at Sander, you manage a full 360° cycle : client side and talent side, from day one.
- Actively prospect new clients via cold calling, LinkedIn and networking
- Identify decision-makers and pitch Sander with conviction
- Manage client relationships from A to Z : briefing, follow-up, loyalty
- Hunt the best profiles through direct approach and sourcing
- Conduct qualification interviews and assess candidate fit
- Present candidates, manage feedback and negotiate offers
- Accompany candidates all the way through to signed contract
- Bachelor's degree minimum
- Commercially driven : you love convincing and don't fear rejection
- Comfortable on the phone, you pick up and you persuade
- Curious, ambitious and motivated by results
- Fluent in French & English
- Based in Belgium (mandatory) xirbnpk
- Salary + uncapped commissions
