- The JobInstall, configure, and maintain networking hardware such as switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.
Monitor network health and troubleshoot issues to maintain uptime, performance, and security.
Perform on-site diagnostics, maintenance, and network upgrades for corporate environments.
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and implement effective network solutions.
Keep detailed documentation of network setups, changes, and incidents in line with company standards.
Network Operations Specialist
- The ProfileBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or equivalent experience.
Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN, routing, switching, VPNs, and firewall configurations.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently on-site.
Technologies & Tools : LAN/VLAN, Wi-fi, NAC, RadiusExcellent communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.
Proactive, organized, and eager to stay updated with emerging network technologies.
