Our mission is clear: improve lives through technology, whether in healthcare or high‑performance industrial environments. /p pWe are looking for a bSystem Expert /b to play a key role in the development of complex electronic systems across multiple projects. /p h3Challenges we trust you with /h3 ul liTranslate system requirements into electronics specifications and architectures /li liCollaborate with cross‑functional teams (systems, mechanics, software, quality, manufacturing) /li liProvide technical leadership across electronics, firmware, and embedded software domains /li liDesign, develop, verify, and maintain electronics solutions for medical and industrial systems /li liLead design reviews and ensure compliance with internal processes and quality standards /li liDrive progress in coordination with Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams /li liTroubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions /li liSupport validation, integration, and testing activities (unit testing, EMC, lab validation) /li liMentor junior engineers and foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement /li /ul h3What We Value /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Electronics, Software, Communications Engineering, or equivalent /li li10–15 years of experience in electronics development, embedded systems, or firmware /li liStrong expertise in at least one domain (electronics, FPGA, embedded software) with broad system understanding /li liExperience with SoC architectures (AMD Xilinx, Intel Altera), FPGA, DSP, ARM /li liHands‑on experience with tools such as Altium, Vivado, Quartus, Git, Polarion, Teamcenter /li liProven experience in high‑speed PCB design, simulations, and EMC compliance /li liKnowledge of functional safety standards (IEC62304, ISO26262, DO-178/254) is a plus /li liStrong analytical, problem‑solving, and technical leadership skills /li liFluent in English (French is a plus) /li /ul h3Cherry on the cake /h3 ul liA high‑impact role in an innovation‑driven, international environment /li liThe opportunity to work on cutting‑edge electronics and embedded technologies /li liA collaborative culture that values diversity, inclusion, and continuous learning /li liCareer development opportunities, training, and long‑term growth support /li liCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits package /li /ul pAt IBA, your expertise contributes to technologies that save lives and push the boundaries of electronics innovation. /p h3Life at IBA /h3 pAt IBA, we value creativity, innovation, and a commitment to excellence.
