Je fungeert als het primaire aanspreekpunt voor interne teams en externe klanten, en zorgt voor een hoge klanttevredenheid. We zoeken een communicatieve duizendpoot met een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma en minstens twee jaar ervaring. Spreek je vloeiend Nederlands, Frans en Engels? - You ensure daily operational support and oversight for both professional and individual credit activities;
- You provide assistance for special projects as needed;
- You manage issues that arise and prepare relevant reports to track progress;
- You serve as the primary contact for both internal teams and external clients;
- You ensure business continuity while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Is fluent in Dutch and French, with a deep understanding of English;
- Holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree;
- Brings a minimum of two years of applicable experience to the role;
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills, with a diplomatic approach and a focus on customer satisfaction;
- Is capable of working autonomously and effectively manages workload;
- Maintains composure under pressure and adapts to changing situations;
- Possesses strong problem-solving abilities;
- Values accuracy and attention to detail, consistently striving for high-quality results.
