Ghent, Belgium Work Model: Hybrid Key Information Schedule: 24/7 rotating shifts (7h30 per shift, including a 30-minute break) Relocation support provided Initial contract structure: 1–3–6 months First month of training fully on-site, then hybrid (1 remote day per week) About the Location Ghent is a vibrant Belgian city known for its rich history, beautiful canals, and dynamic cultural scene, offering an excellent quality of life in the heart of Europe. About the Position We are looking for German and Dutch-speaking Customer Advisors to join a multilingual support team based in Ghent. In this hybrid role, you will provide essential assistance to customers, ensuring a high-quality service experience across various communication channels.
