pAre you a senior IT specialist skilled at building, securing, and scaling enterprise-level infrastructures? On behalf of our client, the bEuropean Commission /b, we are looking for a highly experienced bDevSecOps Cloud Infrastructure Expert /b with at least b15 years of IT experience /b. /ppIn this role, you will combine Cloud Infrastructure, DevSecOps, Database Management, and Level 3 Support within one of Europe’s most dynamic and complex organizational environments. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3pAs a Senior Service Provider, you will take the lead in managing, automating, and securing the IT infrastructure across the following areas: /pullibInfrastructure-as-Code (IaC) Cloud: /b Manage and scale infrastructure using IaC best practices, drift detection, policy-as-code enforcement, and tested disaster recovery runbooks (RTO/RPO). /lilibDevSecOps CI/CD Pipelines: /b Build and configure automated pipelines with integrated quality gates (linting, testing, security scanning, SBOMs, secrets management). Implement progressive delivery (Canary, Blue/Green), feature flags, and GitOps. /lilibDatabases Data Warehousing: /b Manage and upgrade SG system databases, drive engine migrations (e.g., Oracle to PostgreSQL), and develop ETL processes to support BI systems. /lilibObservability FinOps: /b Deploy monitoring solutions (metrics, logs, traces) aligned with SLOs. Analyze and optimize cloud costs using budgeting, forecasting, rightsizing, and showback/chargeback models. /lilibInternal Developer Platforms: /b Design and maintain internal platforms with reusable "golden paths", templates, and policy-based guardrails for self-service infrastructure. /lilibL3 Support Incident Management: /b Coordinate incident response via on-call rotations and blameless post-incident reviews. Perform L3 troubleshooting in production environments (log analysis, server infrastructure, database checks). /li /ulh3Minimum Requirements (Mandatory Criteria) /h3ullibEducation

Experience:
/b Master’s degree (EQF Level 7) and a bminimum of 15 years of professional IT experience /b. /lilibLinux/Unix Systems: /b 15+ years of experience in administration and management (RedHat Enterprise, CentOS, Rocky, Ubuntu, Debian, etc.). /lilibDatabases ETL: /b 15+ years of experience managing and building ETL processes for relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL Server). /lilibMonitoring Observability: /b 7+ years of experience with monitoring and log management tools (Splunk, Dynatrace, Prometheus, etc.). /lilibContainerization: /b 5+ years of experience with Docker and/or Podman. /lilibLanguages: /b Working knowledge of bboth English AND French /b (minimum B2 level according to CEFR). /lilibDevSecOps Interoperability: /b Experience with Git workflows, Atlassian tools (Bitbucket, Bamboo), RESTful APIs, SOAP, and Apache Kafka. /lilibCertifications (Optional): /b AWS Certified DevOps Engineer
