pOur client, a prominent organization in the public social security sector, is seeking a highly experienced professional to join their cross-functional architecture team. The role focuses on providing technical leadership and driving the architectural evolution of large-scale digital systems. /p ul liProvide technical leadership to the architecture team and mentor development squads to foster continuous improvement. /li liDefine and evolve reference architectures while managing technological debt and long-term strategy. /li liEstablish SLI, SLO, and SLA frameworks and implement monitoring strategies to ensure system reliability. /li liCollaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical specifications for strategic projects. /li liOversee the implementation of security regulations and information management standards in alignment with infrastructure teams. /li liLead the architectural design and lifecycle management for backend migration projects toward modern technology stacks. /li /ul ul li8+ years of experience in bJava /b and the bSpring Boot /b ecosystem. /li li8+ years of experience in technical leadership and team management. /li liExpertise in frontend development using bTypeScript /b and bAngular /b. /li liStrong background in architecture modeling using bC4 /b or bArchimate /b and bDDD /b methodologies. /li liProven experience with containerization and messaging tools including bDocker /b, bKubernetes /b, and bRabbitMQ /b. /li liIn-depth knowledge of security and API standards such as bOAuth2 /b, bOIDC /b, bOpenAPI /b, and bAsyncAPI /b. /li liExperience with CI/CD pipelines, bMaven /b, bGradle /b, and automated testing tools like bTDD /b and bCypress /b. /li liProficiency in bHibernate /b and system observability with bOpenTelemetry /b. /li liSubmission of a completed coding exercise response as part of the application process. /li liYou are fluent in bFrench /b with an active knowledge of bEnglish /b. /li /ul pbNice to Haves /b /p ul liExperience within social security institutions or related public sector domains. /li liCertified bScrum Master /b or formal ICT project management training. /li liDemonstrated success in migrating legacy systems to modern bSpring /b architectures. /li /ul ul libStart date: /b /li libDuration: /b 14 months /li libWork regime: /b Full-time /li libLocation: /b Brussels /li libWorking model: /b Hybrid /li libContract: /b open to both permanent employees and freelancers /li /ul
