Stryker in Belgium & Luxembourg is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead the Trauma business and a team of about 8 sales professionals. You will drive the regional commercial strategy, grow market share and develop talent in a fast-paced medical technology environment.
You will collaborate with Marketing, Finance and Customer Service to optimize performance, manage forecasts and pipelines, and ensure compliant, high-quality customer engagement across the region.
